Being lucky enough to live in one of the most beautiful towns in the world means that the short-term letting scene (especially Airbnb) has exploded in the Cape. With many of our existing clients deciding to now rent out their homes on these platforms, comes a need for help in facilitating this expertly and with as little fuss as possible.
For a small percentage of each booking, we’ll cover all the essentials for your home to run smoothly as a short-term or mid-term letting business and maximise your profits each year. We’re here to give you peace of mind whilst you’re away or simply too busy to run it yourself.

We cover the basic services needed to run your short-term let as smoothly as possible -We’ll handle your guest arrivals and departures and hold keys, stock your fridge, fill up essentials, offer airport transfers, housekeeping, laundry and every other little detail that you can think of.
We can offer guests wine tours, diamond tours, restaurant tips and pretty much anything else they can think of. We’d like to think that we offer that little bit more… but for a cost that in market comparison… is that little bit less. How else can we help you? Ask us… we’ll make it happen.

Inspection
Call, email or WhatsApp us and we’ll come to your home (or pick up the keys and visit your home if you’re out of town) and do a thorough inspection with our professional photographer – all at our cost.
STOCKING AND
Inventory
Full inventory and stock list and make your apartment “Airbnb ready”! Including stocking with shampoos, shower gel, kitchen essentials (salt, pepper etc) and everything else that is now required to rent out short-term on Airbnb.
SHORT AND LONGER TERM
Goals
Let us know your short and longer term goals, price-wise, and we’ll start creating a folder with all the information we need in which to set up the perfect listing. You let us know if you would like us to build the listing on our site or simply host an existing listing that you’ve started yourself.
LISTINGS AND
Enquiries
We’ll create the listings with the different prices and dates that your property is available. We can adjust these easily depending on demand and your choices. We respond to client enquiries and ensure a smooth management service throughout.
