How much advance notice do guests have to book?
This is entirely dependant on you and can range from the night before to a minimum 7 day advance notice needed.
What happens if the guests arrive at 11pm at night?
We are here to check them in at any time – we will manage all check in and check outs for you.
Who pays for cleaning?
We will add the cleaning fee to the clients booking – they will pay for the cleaner and part of the linen – we will discuss with you if you would like us to wash the linen at yours or offer an off-site linen service .
Who pays for the essential stock ups such a coffee and tea?
AirBnB now have a minimum requirement of essentials available for guests such as coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, shampoo, hand wash and shower gel. We’ll stock these up for you and send you the bill at the end of each month.
Can I block a certain weekend from the bookings?
Yes absolutely, let us know when you need to use the property and we will simply update your listing with these blocked off dates.
When do I get paid?
If you host the property yourself and add us as your co-host then AirBnB will pay you on the first day of your guest’s arrival – this takes 3 to 5 days to appear in your account. If we host the stay for you, we’ll pay you at the end of each month after deducting the cleaning fee and essentials restocking.
